Thermography Camera
See what you cannot see in the wall and ceiling, water leakage, lack of insulation
Electrical Panel
Thermal anomaly: much higher temperature than the surrounding components. Possible causes for this defects by 1.loose connections. 2. overloaded circuit. 3. Failing Breaker

Lack of Insulation?
Thermal anomaly: Irregular heat patterns, possible cause by missing or displaced insulation. Darker line represent the framing members (Studs or joist), which in this specific temperature differential, are conducting less heat than the uninsulated cavities.
Air infiltration
Thermal anomaly: This "fingered" or "spidering" pattern is classic air leakage(draft). Cold outdoor air is being pulled through tiny gaps in the top plate framing/Drywall joint, cooling the surface immediately along the path of the air movement.
Pattern: Look at the spider-like, dark lines radiating outward right from the top corner where the ceiling meets the wall.
Water leakages?
Thermal anomaly: It has an irregular, blotch, "puddle-like" perimeter where moisture is actively saturating the drywall and cooling the surface via evaporation. It doesn't strictly align with wall studs or framing joints. It follows gravity and drywall absorption.
Pattern: Notice the broad, heavy, dark purple/black anomaly spreading across the ceiling near the light fixture.
